XX/XX/2024 I am unaware of this alleged debt that the Eastern Account Systems stated I owe them in the amount of {$90.00} that I supposedly opened with them XX/XX/2024. Per consumer law a collection agency has to provide validation of any debt on my consumer report under 12 CFR 1006.34 ( b ) ( 5 ). If they do state they have provided the information, I would like the method of validation, all correspondence of who you talked to, their phone numbers, emails and addresses. I have not been given a chance to dispute the account according to 12CFR 1006.34 ( c ) ( 4 ) ( I ) The collection agency is violating my consumer rights by using false misleading, misrepresenting and deceptive means.
