On XXXX, booked a room with XXXX XXXX in XXXX, XXXX after a tornado occurred where I lived. I booked it for 2days, but upon arrival and it was not told to me upon booking, I would have to pay cash, and my credit card through Barclays was charged {$120.00}. I paid {$76.00} to XXXX XXXX for the stay on XXXX, and I didnt stay on XXXX, because I didnt have cash for the second night, but my credit card was charged for both nights. They are overcharging me for two nights when I paid for the one night I stayed there in cash. Barclays has ruled in their favor, and that is fraud, that my credit card has been charged the full amount, plus they received cash for my stay, they are double dipping on people and I also called Barclays that night of my arrival, and found out I had to pay cash, and talked to a representative named XXXX and she talked to the hotel directly and she informed me I would be refunded the {$76.00} on XXXX, but wasnt, so I was charged {$120.00}, as well as XXXX, and this is fraud and that business should be reprimanded, and Barclays should be made to remove the charge of XXXX, be removed from my card.
