On XX/XX/XXXX, I contacted Ameris Bank regarding their reporting of my account accurately. They reported that I was 30 days past due when I was not. I am currently in temporary modification until XX/XX/year>. After XXXX, my regular payments will be {$1600.00}, the temporary modification payment. When reporting that I am late, they say I'm 30 days late and am not behind on {$2100.00}, which is accurate. My original monthly payment is {$2000.00}, not {$2100.00}. I paid my modified payment of {$1600.00}. In XXXX, when I called, they performed a credit dispute, and it fixed the error. I called on XX/XX/year>, with the same issue, and the rep refused to perform a credit dispute and told me to email XXXX, their research team, so they can research it and fix it. I kept getting error messages when I emailed, and my email was not going through. All reps have advised me they are legal to provide information when I say it is inaccurate. Their response is we are legally supposed to report, and I respond with yeah, accurate info, they its accurate when its no. I have attached a copy of the emails that bounced back, the XXXX report showing the inaccurate reporting & showing the accurate monthly payment not in the payment plan. Loan number is XXXX
