My mom and I had the same name for several years until she got married in 2013 where her name is now XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX And I am XXXX XXXX. We live at two separate addresses. Pressler and pressler has been harassing me on a debt in my mom 's name this debt is from when she was still XXXX XXXX but I have always been and am still XXXX XXXX the short end of things is my mom owes the debt and because she used to live at my address for a few months because she almost died and had no where to go I let her stay with me. My mom is on social security and does not work. I work multiple jobs and they have garnished my bank account/checks. I paid one of the debts using my credit card for the amount of {$630.00} they had no right to go into my personal checking account I have informed them of her current address and the writ was remade with her address but still has it under XXXX XXXX so now my bank account was levied {$590.00} and {$120.00} in addition to what I said I would pay I arranged to pay {$150.00} every month on my credit card until the other debt of {$1500.00} something is paid. I do not want them harassing me or my mom and I definitely don't want them in my bank account. I would also like my money returned and feel like both I and my mother should be able to sue them for emotional distress and loses of wages as well as incorrect identity. Plus this debt was over 15 years old and the court renewed it makes no sense I want justice.
