I called TransUnion today again to follow up on my previous complaints. I have been reporting identity theft since last month ( XXXX ) and they keep on saying that CFPB never forwarded my documents to them. I was told different things. On XX/XX/2024, I was told by the agent that they would remove the fraud inquiries from my report within 24-48 hours but until today, they are still there. She gave me this number as confirmation, File # XXXX. Today, XX/XX/2024, I called again and spoke to the supervisor and they said that they can't remove the fraud accounts because they did not receive my FTC report, which was crazy because I reported this for the 3rd time now and uploaded my FTC last month through CFPB. You told me that you forwarded the documents, right? How come they're saying it's not on their system? Who's lying? Please remove the account freeze and fix my XXXX report. It's not showing anywhere.
