I noticed a Bankruptcy ( acct : XXXX ) on my credit report and disputed it with the credit bureaus in XXXX ( LATE ) which they stated was accurate. I began to look up the proper way in which it was reported because they stated they spoke with the " original creditor '', which would be the Court. I wrote the court a letter in XXXX of XXXX asking that they verify the information. Being an XXXX this is all new to me. The court said they do not report anything to the Credit bureaus ( this paper is uploaded ). Which lead me to being very confused. If they do not report it, why is it there...? After more time and research, I disputed it again with the credit bureaus XXXX, XXXX and trans union in XXXX. They said it was accurate, but this time they changed and said it was reported by a company called XXXX, which I have never heard of. I guess they report public records. I submitted a request to them in XXXX and they responded with a generic letter stating they were looking into it, but also cited a company called XXXX This passing the buck never ends. I have attempted several more times the credit bureaus in XXXX and XXXX, and even did a dispute for XXXX because this inaccurate item is hurting me so much! I am not sure where to turn because I feel they are ignoring me.
