Ive never lost a lawsuit, signed an agreement, made a contract, received any goods, services, or money with this company. This account does not belong to me. Under the FCRA section 605B [ 15 U.S.C. 1681c-2 ] a consumer reporting agency shall block the reporting of any information in the file of a consumer that the consumer identifies as information that resulted from an alleged identity theft, not later than 4 business days after the date of receipt. I contacted Transunion by mail with all required documents such as Proof of identity, Proof of Adress, A police report, an FTC report, and a copy of section 605b, on XX/XX/year> ensuring that they will remove this fraudulent account. Transunion failed to remove this fraudulent account and did not provide verifiable evidence to prove otherwise. Therefore, Transunion failed to comply with the relevant consumer protection laws, therefore if this fraudulent account isn't removed, I have to assert my rights and seek to take further actions in a lawsuit. Attached to this complaint is a copy of my drivers license, a police report, an FTC report, and a copy of section 605B [ 15 U.S.C. 1681c-2 ].
