I mailed XXXX evidence for my disputes to against American express and XXXX against XXXX card, XXXX, and XXXX against debt collection XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX I mailed the evidence to XXXX and on XX/XX/year> at XXXX AM XXXX employee named XXXX XXXX signed for the mail. I called XXXX business days later and XXXX said they didnt add the evidence to my disputes and that they never recieved any evidence. I explained to them thay they signed for it and I request investigating and escalation and they refused and told me theres noone to speak with about it and to mail it to then again. I have also filed a dispute with XXXX against debt collector for XXXX named XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. XXXX XXXX knowingly in possession of false debt then reported back to the credit bureau less than XXXX hours after XXXX sent then the complaint and they said that they are still going to try to collect on the illigal debt and they closed the dispute.
