This debt collector called Con Serve is illegally contacting me regarding federal NON TAX DEBT Currently the XXXX has STANDING set off attached to my wifes ' State of NEW JERSEY tax refunds [ Even though the Debt is mine ], the XXXX SEIZES THIS MONEY TO REDUCE MY NON TAX DEBT, Furthermore in Accordance withe the DCIA debt collection improvement act of 1996 any social security benefits less than {$750.00} are off limits so the XXXX can not touch my pending social security income. I am formally requesting that CFPB DEMAND and IMPLORE this nefarious debt collector called ConServe to immediately cease and desist any and all forms of communication with me for as far as I am concerned the XXXX is already effectuating its only remedy against me by illegally seizing my wifes ' state of NEW JERSEY TAX REFUND S until my NON TAX DEBT IS SATISFIED.
