XX/XX/year> I received my federal refund on chime ; because I use chime for my refund every year until they kept closing my dispute for over {$1300.00} being taken from my account on XX/XX/year> an sent to a cashapp I dont have access to and that I have never seen. I put in many disputes I even sent proof of everything, police report and all. The policy is that if they arent done with your dispute in a number of days you get credit on your account. After having submitted sooo many disputes an them being closed the same day which I forgot to mention, they finally stopped denying them the same day an on the XXXX day of my submitted dispute they still werent done investigating even with all the proof they had they prolonged. So the next day I called an explained it was over XXXX days the policy is I would get credit on my account, not only did they deny that for me they are promoting false advertising because I didnt receive any credit and till this day my account was completely scammed of {$1300.00}. I have XXXX kids I never got that money back.
