A Company NPG Associates contacted me about a debt i had already settled and paid with Accounts XXXX XXXX. When I sent NPG the letter showing that i have paid for this debt in full they got extremely aggressive even after i told them i am at work and unable to discuss this matter. A guy jumped on the line and threatened me with legal action and the called back with a different masked number after i hung up due to his aggressive conduct and yelled that i better have my attorney call him by XXXX or else.
