I have been trying to resolve this matter for some time with your agency, and the corporations and debt collectors you allowed to fraudulently place inaccurate items on my credit report without permissible purpose, along with violating many other rights I am able to enforce as a natural person. Moreover, you continued to report items that are not 100 % accurate ( the most important job as a credit reporting agency ) as well as without my permission. I have had to forcefully study to find out the numerous ways that I have been violated, but my perspicacity and indefatigability assisted me to this very moment. I am a consumer that can take litigation earnestly, meaning that I am unreasonably prone to go to law to settle disputes, and am currently in the process of taking legal action in this matter to enforce my rights under the FCRA and FDCPA. This is my official notice for you to remove everything that is in violation of the laws mentioned in my AFFIDAVIT OF TRUTH, LITIGATION LETTER ( THIS ATTATCHMENT ), FTC REPORT, CFPB COMPLAINT, XXXX COMPLAINT, ATTORNEY GENERAL COMPLAINT, SOCIAL MEDIA HANDLES, AND FEDERAL COURTS IF NOT RESOLVED PEACEFULLY AND QUICKLY. WHICH I WILL BE USING AS CRUCIAL EVIDENCE, in your ability to willfully neglect the laws that have been put in place to refute situations such as mine.
