Hello, I took a XXXX XXXX of {$3300.00} on XX/XX/year> to deal with a temporary liquidity situation and repaid it in FULL on XX/XX/year>. On XX/XX/year> I saw a XXXX XXXX Fee of {$160.00} even though the website only talks of 27.24 % APR rate. I was shocked at this rate as this implies a Simple Interest Rate of 1825 % p.a When I spoke to the customer agent, I was told that they could not reverse the charge as it was a standard fee of 5 % for any cash advance. I find this rate/ fees eggregious and therefore resorting to a complaint with CFPB. On a different note, their website makes it extremely difficult to lodge complaints and requires us to call to dispute any charges. I hope my complaints can be addressed. Thanks XXXX
