XXXX ) I was given a years free credit monitoring service by Experian from XXXX XXXX XXXX because the lost my personal information to hackers. But because I already have a paid monitoring service with Experian, they won't change my PAID and MUCH LESS SERVICE than the FREE MORE SERVICE PLAN paid by XXXX XXXX XXXX. I've been given a run around that I can 100 % PROVE WITH CLEAR EVIDENCE, sent to more that XXXX different phone numbers with collectively hours on hold with ZERO RESOLUTION/HELP. XXXX ) I contacted Experian threw XXXX. Was given the same run around till I tag them in a post. Then they responded with a link sending me to a site giving them 100 % full control of my XXXX account. XXXX!! I HAVE 100 % UNDENIABLE PROOF OF THIS TOO!! The thing that gets be, the audacity the blatant audacity of disingenuous, the uncaring laughable attitude they present. If the CEO was with me in every step of every conversation I had I just am in awe of how many people would have lost their jobs!! I went threw the same XXXX and disrespect or care when dealing with their broken XXXX b.s. Simply a train run off it's tracks. Please please please help help these crooks straighten out.
