On XX/XX/year>, XXXX Mortgage, which is my lender. I call to apply for refinancing with equity cash out. I to by the name of XXXX XXXX which is the mortgage consult. We did the application process, answered the questions that ask me about my race and gender. Once we went that process, he tells me that didn't meet the qualifications. I told him that my home is worth more he think and needs to appraise again. He tells me that in order to see my home is worth more that I have get an XXXX. I told that VA paise for it not me. He disagreed with me. I told him that VA paid for it before twice. He gave me his Phone and told that he was going check on and call me back. I never received a phone back. On XXXX XXXX, I can him and got another consult and told that trying to get in contact with. They said they relay the message. Never received the call back. On XX/XX/year>, I called again. They that they will relay the message. Never got a call back. I fill that when fold out that I was XXXX XXXX, he didn't want continue. I you need is call recording where i called the office.
