XXXX XXXX XXXX, is falsely reporting a collection account on my credit report inaccurately. They are reporting a collection account as open and past due, which is inaccurate. They are reporting late payments on a collection account which is inaccurate. They are reporting different dates opened, Last reported and Last Active, which is inaccurate. They are reporting the same collection account under different names which is inaccurate and illegal. Ive communicated through ALL credit bureaus and disputed with them multiple times. All come back verified with is a complete lie because this account is so inaccurate and false. Per the FCRA, Im entitled to a correct credit report and I DEMAND for XXXX XXXX to completely delete this account off my credit report due to it being false and inaccurate.
