The trade line from XXXX XXXX was opened last year in XXXX. It quickly became a collections account but never was removed from the installment loan category. Now it remains under installment loan although the debt buyer XXXX was paid well over 30 days ago. XXXX continuously certifies to XXXX that a balance exists where there is none. On the phone with me personally, XXXX said the balance is XXXX. I have provided documents from the Bank, Creditor, and Debt Buyer showing the balance as XXXX and XXXX refuses to acknowledge the fraud XXXX is committing. XXXX appears to be holding my credit hostage maliciously. Please help! Thanks
