I should have already received my {$500.00} promo for qualified transactions and the fine Ive had the account I have contact the bank even spoke to a manager which she has horrible customer service skills, she was unknowable and did not provide a resolution. I should have not have to make time to contact this bank to fix their issues and when I have the bank has not been able to. Fix it. Its a simple issue that it should have already been fixed.
