Per cfpb complaint XXXX The account that was transferred from XXXX XXXX to Systems & Services Technologies was only temporarily updated as closed on XX/XX/year> but was recently reopened on XX/XX/year>. I've filed XXXX disputes with XXXX, XXXX complaints with cfpb ; I've spoken to multiple SST and XXXX XXXX employees, including XXXX in SST 's credit dept, and have been told by everyone that this account will be updated and properly closed. To date, XX/XX/year> the account is open and reporting a balance of over {$11000.00} which is NOT correct. I've been paying SST monthly payments of {$390.00} but they have allowed both the XXXX XXXX and SST accounts to both report high balances on my XXXX credit report. As a consumer who pays my bills on time, this is affecting my credit score.
