My most recent dispute has now triggered for this account to be marked as collections in XX/XX/XXXX when this accouunt was CLOSED AND PAID IN XXXX. I am asking that this account be REMOVED IMMEDIATELY AND ENTIRELY AS IT IS NOT REPORTING ACCURATE INFORMATION WHICH IS A DIRECT VIOLATION OF MY FEDERAL FAIR CREDIT REPORTING RIGHTS. The state that I reside in, North Carolina also has a set of credit reporting guidelines that collections can only report for THREE YEARS. This account MUST be removed from my report IMMEDIATELY.
