I showed them multiple times of how they are violating the Fair Credit Reporting Act. I am writing to express my deep concern and disappointment regarding the handling of my consumer report and the accounts listed therein. It has come to my attention that there have been numerous violations of the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ), specifically under the following sections : 1. 15 U.S. Code 1681c-2 : Failure to block reported information resulting from alleged identity theft. 2. 15 U.S. Code 1681b : Reporting information without my written instruction, violating my rights as a federally protected consumer. 3. 15 U.S. Code 1681s-2 : Furnishing inaccurate information to consumer reporting agencies. 4. 15 U.S. Code 1681c : Reporting adverse and inaccurate information on my consumer report. 5. 15 U.S. Code 1681i : Failure to conduct a proper investigation after my dispute. Under 15 U.S. Code 1681b, it is stipulated that a consumer reporting agency may furnish a consumer report only in accordance with the written instruction of the consumer to whom it relates. To my knowledge, I have not provided any written consent allowing the reporting of the accounts in question on my consumer report. I hereby demand the immediate deletion of these accounts from my credit report. Additionally, under 15 U.S. Code 1681s2, furnishers of information are obligated to provide accurate information to consumer reporting agencies. It has come to my attention that the information being reported is inaccurate, and I have stated this fact in multiple written documents. This inaccurate reporting is a clear violation of my rights under FCRA. I kindly request a thorough investigation in accordance with 15 U.S. Code 1681i. Specifically, I am requesting the description of the investigation as outlined in 15 U.S. Code 1681i ( 7 ) to be provided to me no later than 15 days from the date of this letter. It is important to note that my initial communication regarding these matters was sent on XX/XX/XXXX, and I explicitly instructed the credit bureaus to investigate every piece of information and report only 100 % accurate information. Regrettably, this directive has not been followed, constituting another violation on the accounts listed below. 1.
