My name is XXXX XXXX, I need to write a complaint against regions bank for allowing my account to be overdrawn due to a fraudulent transaction. Someone used my account information to purchase from a store called XXXX XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX est, I have never shopped there before so I was confused as to why Im being charged XXXX for a transaction that was never authorized.
