I got late payments in 2018 from nelnet and they were only sent to me on the nelnet account they said. I don't feel that is right to not contact someone about bills and just send them on nelnet. I had no idea and it's really hurting my credit for no reason. All small amounts i would of loved to of paid if i knew about them.
