When filling putt the application with Navy Federal Bank over the phone, my information was not added at as disclosed for the application. I attempted to call XXXX XXXX left XXXX voice mails to call me back no response at the number of XXXX. I also called to inform of the application mix up and I was told an email was sent with still no call back. On XXXX XXXX XXXX called to let me know the application was going to underwriting I informed her of the mix up and she said it would be fine even though I was only able to prove HALF my income. I have been trying to get the company to assist me on getting this resolved. They TOOK my money for the application fees but do not want to call me back or report the charges as FRAUD because it was the banks mishap.
