On XX/XX/year> my fiance sent {$400.00} from her chime account pay anyone feature to my XXXX XXXX account. Well the money was never deposited into my cash app account but was deposited into a chime account in my name I never opened or was even aware existed until I was notified from chime that I received a {$400.00} deposit from my fiance and was now available in my account. I immediately contacted chime and explained what had happened with this money transfer. They immediately closed m y account and told me I should receive the {$400.00} balance from the closed account in the form of a check and it would be mailed to my address they had on file within 30 days! Well after over a XXXX emails and over XXXX hours on the phone being transferred from XXXX agent to the next, being placed on hold for hours, and even disconnected numerous times.i opened numerous tickets that they answered and informed me the check will be in the mail to only after months of not receiving it was then told my claim was denied without no explanation why I'm not receiving my money with being told I was not entitled to a refund on my {$400.00} that was deposited to me from my fiance! Well long story short I'm approximately XXXX month away from it being XXXX full year that I'm still without my money and no explanation why I'm not entitled to the money or why it couldn't be sent back to my finances account! I work hard for my money and refuse to let them just steal my money like ths!
