Hello. I am writing to file this complaint because the accounts that I am reporting to be removed are still in my credit report and causing me a lot of damage. ALL OF THESE ACCOUNT ARE VIOLATING 15 USC 1681b- permissible purposes. These credit bureaus do not have a permissible purpose to report these fraudulent items on my report without my consent. According to the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Section 609 ( a ) ( 1 ) ( A ), you are required by federal law to verify, through the physical verification of the original signed consumer contract - any accounts that you post on a credit report. In this case, I have not seen any proof provided by these bureaus so they must delete the following accounts.
