To whom it may concern : I am contesting any information on my credit report that is not true or documented. This includes any claims that have not been proven to be correct. I am doing this in accordance with the FCRA and the accepted STANDARD of XXXX XXXX data field reporting. I can not recognize or accept the allegation of delinquency and derogatoriness without factual document proof. I challenge the reportability of these allegations because they are unsubstantiated. I'm writing to inform you that you need to make sure all your claims are factual and reported correctly.
