The account in question was included in a Bankruptcy Discharge and should not be reporting negatively. Despite all payments being made on time according to my payment history, XXXX has failed to update the reporting on my credit reports accordingly. From Equifax, it is evident that payments were made on time from XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX shows payments made on time from XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX, with no further data available. XXXX is not reporting any payment history at all.
