On XX/XX/XXXX I send Aldous and Associates a debt dispute letter through my attorney XXXX XXXX XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX my attorney received a response but the collections agency did not address my concerns about how I had cancelled the account several times, and cancelled an extra charge several times while I had the account so I did not owe the money. I never received back a response to this and then they reported my debt to collections without notifying me that the debt was validated.
