Signed a lease on XX/XX/2023 on a XXXX with the XXXX of XXXX, NJ via Ally Bank. Section 6c showed no amount to be paid in cash, but I was charged a cash monthly payment anyway. According the least, the full amount due at signing, including the first monthly payment, was to be covered by " Rebates and noncash credits ''. The cash payment I made was not counted toward anything. I bought out the vehicle shortly before the end of the first monthly period, trying unsuccessfully to get Ally or XXXX to correct the contract by that point, making several calls to both parties. Ally claims any errors in the lease would be checked and corrected during the buyout process. The buyout price did not reflect my cash payment having been made. The dealer claims Ally took the monthly payment. Ally will not provide any response at all other than that they can not give a refund.
