Went to Renown ER last XX/XX/2023. I didnt know I have a different bill other than what Renown billed me because I didnt receive any bill from XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX but they sent my medical bill to collections agency without any notice amounting {$920.00}. I just knew I had the bill because I was going through my insurance app. They said they sent the bill but the collections agency told me they did not because they dont have my Apartments Unit number. I tried to work with them and the collections want to charge me interest. Its so unfair because if they just sent me the bill, I wont have to deal with collections and I know Im always on top of my payables because I dont want a negative impact on my credit score.
