One week ago, I applied and was approved for a {$5000.00} payroll business loan through XXXX by PayPal. I requested the funds to be wire transferred to a third party bank, XXXX XXXX Bank, due to my bank, XXXX XXXX XXXX, uses this third party to receive the funds. I provided the document that has specific instructions for the transfer to the Account XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX He informed me that he can not perform it and that I will need to do it myself via PayPal app. I put XXXX information where appropriate. I chose to have it within XXXX hours. Everyday since, nobody has seen the transfer. Not XXXX nor XXXX. PayPal keeps saying they don't know where the money went and that it must have been something I did incorrectly. I have asked twice to show me proof that it left PayPal 's account and went anywhere. Not only have they not provided any evidence but they will not comment on showing proof. I need help.
