XXXX I requested a loan application. I was approved only XXXX months ago, but did not feel comfortable with the terms of the loan. I was told to reapply again after 30 days. Now I am being denied. I have another loan with this company I have never missed payment, and I have a solid credit score, and I have income, but they do not offer me any options only deny my credit and do not even look at the whole picture. I feel that I was not give a fair approval and opportunity. How can I be approved XXXX months before, now have a better score and now be denied. Plus I have a loan with them already where I have never missed any payments. Does that not count for anything. I have made my payments all my accounts are settled and in good standing but they will not even offer my anything. Why would they approve XXXX loan that does not provide fair terms, and they deny when I try to request another to see if I can get better terms. This is not fair.
