I took out a Self Lead Credit Builder Account in 2020. XXXX took my job. This was a secured loan paid by the security of XXXX Today this company re aged it and stated on my credit specifically XXXX that I was late XXXX, XXXX this year. Causing a XXXX point drop. Called Self you only get a loop recording no human. XXXX refuses to acknowledge it, argued with me, made me for 46 minutes upload my drivers license that never worked. So Frustrating to be ripped off then sent through systems of utter buffoonery with no one held accountable. I am finally recovering this year from financial disaster and then this. Unfair! But no one cares and you have zero ability to control your own information. I jump through hoops to prove my identity but any one on a computer with a company name can ruin you day after day.
