I opened a secure loan purchasing a bedroom set XXXX XXXX XX/XX/XXXX '. The loan was originally held XXXX XXXX XXXX who since sold the account to Concora Credit as of XX/XX/XXXX '. Since the buy out Concora has been billing me w/o properly reconciling my account with XXXX XXXX. My Concora statement do not display what y true balance is as though the account is a 0 % promotion for 12 months. Several occasions representatives told me that i would need to call the next billing cycle ( XX/XX/XXXX ' ) in order to get the view the account payment history and for the account to be reconciled. I called in XX/XX/XXXX ' and again was told that all the information from previous lender has not yet been accounted for and i would need to call back on the next billing cycle ( XX/XX/XXXX ' ). After receiving the new statement, my statement still does not display what my true balance is. It's only displaying what my balance " would be '' if interest is applied. At that point on XX/XX/24 i called again and asked for a payoff amount. The phone system provided me a payoff that included " would be '' owed interest. The amount that was verbally provided was {$2000.00}. I requested the set amount in writing and was denied. I was then assured that once the payment was made my next billing cycle ( XX/XX/XXXX ' ) would reflect XXXX balance. However that was not the case. I called again XX/XX/24 at which point was provided a different payoff amount then what was previously stated. I again requested payment history to which they were unable to provide because they still have to reconciliate the account. At this time, I'm unable to see proper payment history through their website and when contacting them, they were unable to provide the data. Was advised that investigation can take 60 days and account would remain active during this time. As a consumer, I've had to manage this account in depth and have not been provided any data or confidence from the current lender on their management of the account. As a result, i'm now having to submit this official complaint and hope this agency can provide the proper assistance that has lacked from the lender. They should consider the account squared away and take accountability for their lack of management and false statement of this account.
