This is XXXX XXXX, I have been trying to sell a property in Florida since XXXX of last year, and Freedom Mortgage continues to neglect my sensitive time frame and urgency. This property was an investment property and I have been out of income since XXXX due to tenants moving out as a result of me selling the home. I call them daily or every 48 hours to get an update and it's like I have to walk them through their job process. For example, we are on the final stages of underwriting at the moment, and we're waiting on paperwork. Paperwork that should've been done months ago and has been known about for months, but is being waited until the last minute. Due to this I have lost a combined total of roughly {$6000.00} of money that I will not get back even with the sale of my home. We have even lost a vehicle due to the inability to pay 2 mortgages. Their lack of care in this matter is getting to a point where it might be costing me both of my homes as I can not afford to pay both of them at the same time. Is there anything you recommend or can help me with in the situation?
