My wife and I were on celebrating our anniversary in the XXXX, VA area ( XXXX XXXX ) when we were introduced to XXXX XXXX. We attended a presentation and committed to a XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. In which, due to life happening ( before and after Covid ) we never was able to utilize the facility. Fast forward, XXXX years later ( XXXX ) we finally booked a stay in XXXX. While celebrating another anniversary, we entered into what we thought would be an update session but turned out to be another presentation. XXXX to XXXX hours later, we exit the pressure tank! We had signed contracts that appeared later that we couldn't had read. That was the first red flag... Here 's the second flag! We had a free week vacation that needed to be used by XX/XX/XXXX. My son was getting married in XX/XX/XXXX so as a wedding gift I figured that would be a great honeymoon sendoff. Long story short, turns out that free week ended up costing me {$1700.00} not including airfare!! Something was wrong and I began looking at these contracts. These folks had done a number on us. Quiet Deed for {$10.00} .... WHAT IN THE WORLD HAS THESE PEOPLE DONE was my thoughts! I stopped making payments and starting seeking legal counsel. I wrote a detailed complaint in XX/XX/XXXX. XXXX XXXX XXXX is reporting differently on each of the credit bureaus!! Transunion is reporting that is a Travel Card / Entertainment {$3200.00} while XXXX is reporting as Miscellaneous {$33000.00} and XXXX is reporting as Mortgage Company. They should be straight forward with consumers and stop setting traps. Now they do everything they can do to try ruin the consumer when they have been discovered! Here 's the problem, I feel that XXXX XXXX XXXX is misleading consumers as well as these credit bureaus!
