I having been asking TransUnion to update my credit score and student loans in XX/XX/2024 I send them account of all the student loans that the Biden Program paid for me. I also ask them to update my credit score because the other two credit bureaus did its. Today XX/XX/2024 I spent two hours on the phone with conversation and using their XXXX XXXX giving each of their representatives my personal information for them to only send me to another representative who ask me to again give my information, they just try to sell their products. They each send me to another person. So now I am seeking your assistance in this matter.
