Please see attached documents with full details : In short we hired Fidelity National Title to help us sell our home and they tried to take all our equity and service themselves and the buyer. Instead of voiding the transaction of the sale because we did not clear marketable title with the buyer they instead called the sale complete and tried to use our funds to service what all the buyer wanted which we did not agree upon. After having to get legal involved they finally released our equity but not before having to accumulate another {$5000.00} in debt.
