Capital One on all three accounts is reporting High Credit balances when I only carry no more then {$25.00} on all three cards since the opening of all I pay off total balance every month MOST BALANCES ARE CREDIT HOLDS AND DEPOSITS this is purposely done and shared to other institution so thy can monopolize and control who extends be credit etc
