I am administrator for estate of XXXX XXXX, all documents were sent to Roundpoint Mortgage in order to communicate with them. The mortgage loan for property was paid off on XX/XX/2024. I waited untile 30 days later to inquire about refund of escrow account and additional interest that was remitted to payoff loan. I was assured check was coming, and confirmed my mailing address, and capacity to receive as administrator for the estate. Subsequently, loan status is shown as paidoff, and I am unable to reach anyone via phone, nor email. I have sent emails re status of refund, no response, and when calling am hung up on. You simply can not reach a live person. Legally they are required to remit funds with 21 days after loan paid in full. It has been well over that. I need an accounting and check as the probate referree needs this information as well.
