Received an email at XXXXXXXX XXXX on Friday, XX/XX/year> informing me that an amount of {$8100.00} needed to be paid toward my balance by XX/XX/year> or that I was at risk of having my credit reduced and my card frozen. The card was actually frozen on Saturday, XX/XX/year> shortly after receiving the above email. I have made 3 payments in the last XXXX weeks totaling {$4100.00} that is not counted toward the total {$8100.00} requested. I currently have no minimum payment due and an 18 history of timely payments. I have requested that the company provide me of the consequences of not paying upon their request and have been told that they are unable to do so given that the decision is still being reviewed by analysts. I feel that it is incumbent upon XXXX XXXX to inform me as a consumer how my credit will be impacted based on a decision to pay or not pay. Without that information, the consumer is unable to make an informed and educated decision.
