I have called 3 times now. In XXXX I used this card, paid it off in XXXX and closed it out because I didn't need it anymore. I received a statement in XXXX of XXXX saying I owed {$700.00} on a card that has a limit of {$400.00}. They CONSTANTLY harassed me by phone even after being called and asked to please stop. The second time I said I would just pay in 3 months if they quit. I paid {$280.00} for the 3 months in a row and now the balance is somehow back at {$500.00}, when I called to ask why he couldn't tell me other than I haven't paid. He told me I only made one payment in XXXX, then proceeded to say XXXX and XXXX but not XXXX which still doesn't make any sense and he just kept asking for proof even though I said I have my bank statement and he basically told me I need to prove my statement all the way from XXXX and I can't even pull that from online. Comenity Bank has stolen over {$1000.00} from me on a card that has a max of {$400.00} and I didn't even max it out when I did use it 3 years ago.
