It this consumer reporting agencys obligation as a consumer reporting agency to ensure MAXIMUM ACCURACY of my report pursuant to 15USC1681 ( e ). 15 USC 1681 ( 2 ) ( a ) ( i ) states my transactions or experience as a consumer to any person are excluded from my consumer report. This information included in my notice sent must be promptly removed from my consumer report according to 15USC 1681a ( 5 ) and I shall be notified with the details of your investigation pursuant to 15USC 1681i ( 7 ).
