Coinbase has decided to freeze my account and will not allow me to withdraw my funds from the " vault '' on their website. I got most of my money except for the XXXX XXXX from it, which is a few XXXX, they will not release. I opened a complaint a couple of months ago and coinbase said nothing is wrong with the account, and that i can withdraw it anytime, and closed the complaint, WHICH IS NOT TRUE. REF - XXXX When logging in, it brings up a page saying they closed the account and to withdraw funds. Whenever trying to withdraw them to another XXXX address, it freezes on " Loading '', all after typing the XXXX XXXX code and the receiving address. No information was requested as coinbase stated, instead they gave just a couple day window to withdraw and I was not home at the time. That is unrealistic. PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE. Thank you
