This debt collector engaged in abusive, non-verified, deceptive and unfair practices of the FDCPA which it prohibits. I sent the attached documentation for validation on XX/XX/XXXX, ATG Credit received my certified mail on XX/XX/XXXX, I have the return receipt as proof. They furnished this account that we did not agree upon, nor did I sign any agreement. A legal contract signed is by two parties, and I did not participate in any of this. More so they didn't follow the proper 5 step validation procedure which makes this unfair practice. According to the FDCPA, I'm entitled to {$1000.00} per violation and they have clearly violated.
