I've made multiple attempts to add my XXXX XXXX checking account for payments through XXXX XXXX, but encountered persistent issues. Despite reaching out via their online platform numerous times, I was consistently redirected to call customer service. Despite my efforts in contacting them multiple times, I never received any notification regarding the issue. It wasn't until XX/XX/2024, that I was informed they do not accept XXXX XXXX XXXX accounts, which happens to be my primary payment method. Upon reviewing the terms & agreements, I found no mention of this policy. Consequently, XXXX XXXX fails to adequately inform customers of this restriction, neglects to provide clear policy guidelines, and omits this crucial information from the terms & conditions. Furthermore, XXXX XXXX does not offer alternative payment methods that would enable customers to make timely payments. As someone reliant solely on Social Security Disability Insurance, which is not disbursed in time for mail-in payments, I am left with no viable option to fulfill my obligations on time. Please find attach documents including the last statement and Terms & Conditions where XXXX XXXX FAILED to provide any information stating that XXXX XXXX XXXX is not allowed. Please find a photographic error message when received when attempted add this account. Please note no where on any of these documents state that XXXX XXXX XXXX account is not accepted by XXXX XXXX, thus customers like myself are not properly informed to make financial decisions. Also note that this situation exacerbates my XXXX XXXX.
