Hello, I hope youre doing well. I have an existing XXXX XXXX Spend and Savings account. XXXX XXXX always tries to push the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX on their customers. I received an email from XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX that, I had a line of credit of {$1000.00} to use. They would take {$10.00} up to {$80.00} to pay towards any of the {$1000.00} credit I used. I didnt like how the XXXX XXXX XXXX account was set up or how it worked. I called their customer service department several times to understand how I thought the program worked.. I needed this to make since as to how having this account would be beneficial to me. I could never get a concrete explanation that made me feel comfortable as a consumer. So, I verbally cancelled this XXXX XXXX XXXX account on XX/XX/XXXX. I then followed up with an email to the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX customer Service Department. I just noticed on my Transunion, XXXX and XXXX credit reports that XXXX XXXX reported my account as a charge off. This is a false statement. I closed the account. They didnt close my account. After closing the account, I was just reimbursed the {$10.00} on XX/XX/XXXX that was set to be sent back to me 7 days after closing the account. The fee from this account took longer to be reimbursed back to me. Please delete the false account indicating I defaulted. This isnt true. I have the proof to support my concerns. I wasnt in default. They didnt close this account. I did. I have sent you the proof.
