XXXX XXXX contacted my spouse after finding his number through alternative sources. They would leave messages on both of our phones like 'Good afternoon. My name is 'collector ' and I am contacting you in attempt to confirm location information for 'my name '. '' On several occasions 'collector ' spoke to my spouse. XXXX time I spoke with on my partners phone with my partner in the room, not hiding anything from him, but not giving her permission to speak to him. On XXXX XX/XX/XXXX, 'collector ' spoke confirming I have a debt with their agency, who the debt was with originally and that I had not set up payment arrangements. Even after being asked to not discuss anything with him, she kept calling him at all times of the day and night. I spoke today with the company and I demanded they remove his number from their system. I also was told that it is ok for them to talk about your account information with spouse and family members. I asked for information on their company 's policy and I was told I would have to talk to a supervisor who conveniently was in a meeting. I am not a happy person right now.
