I was paying experian to view all three credit scores every month. The next Due Dat to refresh my scores was on XX/XX/year> I tried to refresh and got an error stating XXXX does not have matching information and that I should get a copy of XXXX report and submit it to them and that should fix the problem. I did that and that didn't fix problem. I kept calling to advise texperian of that, and every time I call them I get a different reason as to why I still can't see my 3 scores. This is now XXXX and I still can't see my scores. They said it was escalated, they escalated a month ago. I am thoroughly annoyed. The customer service is horrible. I've lost my temper a few times, but again, I've been dealing with this for 4 months now.
